How Autosol uses your information

Information we collect

We collect account contact details, installation address and service-request details, messages with installers, and limited app analytics such as app version, session identifier, city or barangay supplied in a request, selected service, and quote range.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and route installation requests, let customers and installers communicate, support the service, prevent abuse, and improve the booking flow. We do not sell personal information.

Location and photos

The current app does not collect device GPS location or photos. Installation locations are entered by the customer. If device location or photo upload is added in a future release, the app will ask for permission first and this policy will be updated.

Sharing and retention

Request contact and location details are shared only with the installer assigned to that request. We retain data while an account is active unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your choices

You can request deletion from Delete my account. Deletion removes your account and associated requests, messages, mobile sessions, and account-linked analytics. Contact Autosol support if you need help.
